Location: Remote. Philippines

Own the Technical Backbone of Marketing Operations

We are looking for a genuinely tech-savvy Technical VA / AI & Automation Specialist who can support website builds, automation workflows, dashboards, analytics, and integrations. This is a full-time remote role for someone who is comfortable working with modern AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, analytics systems, and technical marketing infrastructure.

This role is more specialized than a traditional virtual assistant position. The right person should not just be "good with computers." We are looking for someone who can think technically, solve problems independently, learn quickly, and use AI-assisted tools to build, improve, and troubleshoot systems.

You will help own website builds and optimization, n8n automation workflows, Looker Studio KPI dashboards, GA4 analytics, API integrations, and AI-assisted technical projects. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and using technology to make marketing operations faster, cleaner, and more measurable.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and optimize websites using AI-assisted workflows and modern web tools
• Use AI coding tools, including tools such as Claude Code, to support website builds, fixes, and improvements
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot n8n automation workflows
• Build and update KPI dashboards in Looker Studio
• Support GA4 setup, analytics tracking, reporting, and performance measurement
• Assist with API integrations between marketing tools, CRMs, websites, dashboards, and automation platforms
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical solutions
• Help improve internal workflows through automation, AI tools, and better system connections
• Maintain clean documentation for workflows, dashboards, integrations, and technical processes
• Coordinate with marketing, SEO, PPC, and operations team members as needed
• Flag blockers, technical limitations, missing access, or issues before they slow down projects
• Take ownership of assigned technical tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Full-time availability required
• Philippines-based or LATAM-based candidates strongly preferred
• Real n8n experience required
• Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge required
• Comfort working with AI coding tools required
• Experience with website builds, website updates, or website optimization required
• Experience with Looker Studio dashboards required
• Experience with GA4 analytics, tracking, and reporting required
• Understanding of APIs and how tools connect with each other
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot independently
• Excellent written English and clear communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple technical tasks and deadlines
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working without constant hand-holding
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with data, tracking, workflows, and integrations
• Ability to document technical work clearly for future use

Non-Negotiables

• Genuine technical ability, not just general computer comfort
• Real experience building or maintaining n8n workflows
• Basic Python or JavaScript understanding
• Comfort using AI coding tools for real technical work
• Ability to troubleshoot, research, test, and solve problems independently
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage technical projects without constant supervision

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tools
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, GoHighLevel, or similar website platforms
• Experience connecting CRMs, forms, spreadsheets, email tools, ad platforms, or reporting tools through APIs or automation platforms
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other marketing platforms
• Experience building dashboards for marketing, sales, lead generation, operations, or KPI tracking
• Experience supporting SEO, PPC, local marketing, or lead-generation teams
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, Apps Script, or similar tools
• Experience documenting SOPs, workflows, and technical processes

Compensation

• Full-time remote position
• Pay: $5.00-$6.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
