Be the Right Hand to the Head of Marketing

We are looking for a senior-level Executive Marketing VA who can support day-to-day marketing execution, keep projects moving, and help ensure our marketing channels stay active, organized, and on track. This is a full-time remote role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable owning their lane without needing constant hand-holding.

The right person will work closely with the Head of Marketing and coordinate with SEO, PPC, and internal team members to support consistent marketing execution across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong Canva skills, excellent English communication, social media experience, and the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and follow-ups with confidence.

We are looking for someone dependable, resourceful, and execution-focused. You should be comfortable creating graphics, preparing ad creatives, posting across social and local business platforms, coordinating with vendors, tracking project progress, and flagging blockers before they slow things down.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics, marketing assets, and ad creatives using Canva
• Prepare and format content for social media, local business platforms, and marketing campaigns
• Post and manage content across Google Business Profile, Yelp, Nextdoor, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Support day-to-day marketing execution for ongoing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate with SEO vendor, PPC specialist, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving
• Track marketing tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Flag blockers, delays, missing information, or issues to the Head of Marketing
• Help organize campaign assets, content calendars, creative files, and marketing documentation
• Maintain consistency in brand presentation, messaging, and visual quality
• Assist with basic reporting, updates, and project status summaries as needed
• Take ownership of assigned marketing tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Full-time availability required
• Philippines-based candidates strongly preferred
• Senior-level virtual assistant, marketing assistant, or marketing coordinator experience preferred
• Strong Canva skills required
• Excellent written and spoken English required
• Experience creating ad creatives, social graphics, and marketing materials
• Experience posting and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Nextdoor, or similar platforms
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, specialists, and internal team members
• Ability to identify blockers, ask smart questions, and communicate updates clearly
• Professional attitude, reliable communication, and strong follow-through

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting a Head of Marketing, marketing manager, agency owner, or executive
• Experience working with SEO vendors, PPC specialists, designers, or content teams
• Experience with local service businesses, home services, construction, roofing, solar, real estate, or similar industries
• Experience with content calendars, campaign tracking, project management tools, CRMs, or task management systems
• Basic understanding of paid ads, SEO, local search, and social media marketing
• Experience repurposing content across multiple platforms

Compensation

• Full-time remote position
• Pay: $5.00-$6.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
